GemCat Terms of Service. GemCat is officially registered in Bexar County, Texas, and with the Texas Comptroller’s Office, holding a Texas Resale Permit. Therefore, any legal matters or disputes related to purchases made through GemCat will be governed exclusively by the jurisdiction of Bexar County, Texas.

All photographs, written content, and logos featured on GemCat.com are owned by GemCat and Robert James. These materials may not be reproduced or utilized elsewhere without prior written consent. However, logos belonging to our payment partners are displayed with their permission and are not subject to this restriction.
